Personalisation Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering. We produce items exactly as specified. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provide

Handmade Items All products are handmade and may have slight natural variations in finish, colour, or texture. These are not defects — they are part of the charm of a handmade product.

Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Intellectual Property All designs created by Poppy Kate Designs remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
